5 Days left here on the Islands where Love and Peace is found every where.
Well folks, i have 5 days left here in Hawaii and here in Oahu.
The journey here has been one of true Compassion and in that finding a lot about What where and how and more so about who and what makes self Tick and Tock.
I have to thank each and every one of you all whom have taken time out to READ and connect, and with that , with me each time, I have felt each and every one of you and my heart is overwhelmed and humbled with your Kindness etc.
My Friends and Familly........you have all been so so so supportive patient and understanding, again i could and would not be here without YOU and YOU annnnnnnnnnnnnd YOUUUU!
Yes there has been times when Not all has been wonderful and all has not been that bed of Roses, however in that self has learned so much about self , with the GOOD and BAD, each one a wonderful experience ....... thats what makes US all individual.
I am Leaving here Hawaii and am going back to OZ, and back to where my travels began...the Butterfly farm.
This will be my final stop before self gets back to Scotland, and in that i will be closing the circle that is still open, in November...and i guess coming back to the COLD. Excellenty.
I have missed home on many occasions especially my children, Jack and Abigail, at times the pull has been heart wrenching however, They and we are still together each sun set and every sun rise..... just received an e mail from them and are doing so well...Jack (11) is doing a concert at some place...hes the Bass Guitarist.........and i am so so so Bloody proud of him.....TRULY MY HERO ! My Daughter (boo boo) Abigail (9) has just won another Talent contest for dancing, that is 2 years on the trot............She is TRULY AN EARTH CHILD..................................MY HEART AND SOUL IS WITH YOU GUYS ALWAYS! Cant wait to smell and Just be in both your presence.......wooooo hooooo youuuuu!
My Mother and Father...................Dad you Taught me so so well and you will always amaze me with your spirit and true Love of Living and your Compassion.....espec for the Gee gees.

Losing the battle us not always failure
It is the understanding where the battle
was lost that is triumphant.
Sitting in the same spot for many days
does not mean that change cannot be

Importance in self is recognized as arrogance
Humbleness is recognized as grace and GENTLENESS
What do people recognize you as ?
What troubles you....? Only You.....!
PRAYER.
Oh Divine Mother, teach us to surrender to you totally
so that we can move forward with bringing the male
and female energies together, to manifest PEACE
LOVE and RESPECT for everything that exists
on this planet.
Sleeping in an Airport with YOU.
TIMELESSNESS and time share this space with me,
we share the thoughts together, giving and taking.
People come and go, each one, that stranger, perhaps
unknown to me or a look or a smile that understands.
Another sun is setting making that always vanilla sky
that reminds me of parks and sounds of walks, and ?, Just
"and".
Empty couches in front house the ghostly outlines of
what sat there, the warmth of them still glowing, maybe
a welcome was preceded, or maybe something else, but
still the warmth that self feels is there.
Welcome the next traveller to sit and feel that warmth
the language of love is that warmth, a wry smile or as
blissful acknowledgment, Energy once more fills the
room it fills me, now it is my turn to look, looking for that
seat, that empty couch that has been sat on a thousand times
a thousand ghostly outlines, but just one from me and me alone
perhaps the last one to sit there, just for that night, as the
sun sets and the birds call once more, it is time, Aloha, I
sleep with you in my heart. Visitation period is not far
Shutting down, and robbing myself with the warmth i sleep

TO THE BIG ISLAND HAWAI"I
ALOHA and HI.........................!
Arrived on the Big Island Hawai"i late to find that my pick up had forgot to pick me up, this was after 2 hrs hangin about Hilo Airport, however 2 girls whom also had forgotten to be picked up, rented a car and gave me a lift to Hilo town.
Hilo town is a small Colonial town on the Eastern side of Hawai'i, and at 11 o'clock at night im afraid everything is shut, including any form of Hostel or Motel etc etc........so.........after several hours a wanderin about, me and small back pack and Didge we found a spot under a huge Banyan tree to settle down for the night, unrolled my "swag" now a didge bag and protector etc i climbed in and soon nodded of to sleep.
That next morning caught a hitch from a guy whom is a tree surgeon, whom was headin for Pahoa way, which was great.
I arrived at the Commune to be greeted by MoJO the owner , a 43 year old guy from London whom has extensively travelled the globe doing seminars etc on various types of Yoga. A UBER bubbly guy with so much energy that it makes you tired just watching and listening.
The Commune has various accommodation huts and buses and i myself opted to kip in the old school bus. there are various other types of accommodation here, which include Huts with various names such as sea breeze and ocean view etc etc all built by MoJo and helpers alike, and using recycled material........wonderful stuff .
The commune at this moment has a about 8 people here a girl from England and the rest all from various parts of the USA.
Next door....there is LOYD a 44 year old carpenter from Florida who his building a lovely Round House that is 100% Eco ....... and wow it is abso gorgeous. He has been doing this project over a year now and will be finished in about the same.
MoJo does some wonderful things here in Pahoa and for the community etc.......last night we went to an amateur Burlesque show at the oldest Commune here in the PUNA region, the Commune called KALANI........Something on the scale perhaps of Findhorn back home albeit very much more not so EUROPEAN......I guess. However it is a very powerfull place indeed, having seminars daily on various Yoga and Various Alternative healing groups etc etc.
The PUNA region, in itself has so much to give. You have at least 8 micro climates which are trulyindividual and Gorgeous, giving and gentle.......you feel the gentleness at every turn. There are small avenues of glorious Mango trees and Paw paw trees. You go out for a bike ride and if you hungry or thirsty, just pick up a Mango that has fallen etc.
There are around 100 different types of fruit on the big island and last night i ate CASHEW FRUIT. This is the fruit that grows below the Nut itself.....it tastes just like the nut and is very very Juicy, however within seconds of the fruit entering your mouth it draws every bit of moisture out, and you end up with a mouth which you think is full of cotton wool, very unique taiste......nice tho.
2 girls and self headed of for WAIPIO and the VALLEY OF THE KINGS. We hitched it to Hilo then caught the bus to Waipio. The Valley is around another 10 miles away from Waipio. On arrival in Waipio we went to the grocery store there, bought our supplies for the next 2 days, then just as we were leaving the store we were met by Brian......a Hawaiian whom asked if we were headed for the Valley........he gave us a lift all the way, this iswhat it is like here, every one has that giving nd gentleness and will help out at every at possible chance.
The Valley of the Kings is Vast man.........it is truly one of the most beautiful places self has ever seen. 2 great Volcanic rock walls either side and the most Lush green pastures and jungle in the middle.............with a pristine Volcanic sand beach around 2 miles long. (if you watch the Kevin cossner movie WATERWORLD......In the end he finds LAND......That is the valley)
We headed down as the sun started to set. The pathway a treacherous part tar road that ONLY a 4 x 4 can get up. You are looking at a degree of 60degs going down.......steep however people do stay down there in houses.....only a few tho.
On arrival at the bottom of the path/road we were greeted by a wild Horse........the Valley holds hundreds of wild horses. We were totally over awed by this.....the Horse just slowly came up to us and meandered past.........giving us the once over and the medicine he holds........THANK YOU.
We walked for a distance which involved passing ancient Burial sites that hummed away, giving us all different feelings and vibrations etc. We crossed streams and rivers, then walked along the beach to find a perfect place to pitch our tent for the night.
We got a fire going , sang songs and talked and talked........healing , sending out and acknowledging how we were feeling sitting there in such a sacred beautiful place.
That night iself had some of teh most powerful dreams ever experienced, so so visual and real full of YOU FULL OF US FULL OF WHAT IS AND WILL BE.......... the girls too.
We made another fire in the morning and did some more healing etc , discussed our dreams and iterpretaded the dreaming which in our cases made wonderful sense...... Swam in the sea bathed in the River ate some Nuts and fruits........GAVE THANKS...........and left ur offerings ..... etc etc wonderful.
On derparting......WE met a guy called ROCKY, A Hawaiian KAHUNA (Shaman). The 3 of us talked and talked and he was happy giving us and sharing with us some of the Wisdom he has also the History of the Valley, ithe power of it what makes it so SO secial and where o go for certain things and information requred etc . We sat and talked and talked, Very honoured to have met him TRULY A MAGICAL Experience and will use what he had taught self and the others too. ("Let go your fear of whatthe truth will bring. What could be mre insane than tat which you now call sanity? What loss can there be in joining with what is so like yourself? It is only a SMALL step away from where you currently stand , so helpless and alone.
Yet fear you do, and the maintenance of your fear keeps you very busy. yOU STOKE ITS FIRE
lest it go out and leave you to of a warmth NOT OF THIS WORLD.)
We made it back up the track albeit pretty well tuckered out and started to walk back the 10 miles. After 15 mins of walkin, we finally sent out to get a lift............one came along. Back to WAIPIO ..... and some KWOFFEE.
We caught ourbus to Hilo wandered about until the next bus came, then back to Pahoa, where we got a lift to the Commune, where we shared our teachings and our experiences. THANK YOU.
Yeh........can say that this place...........IS TRULY A GODDESS. Gentle Nurturing and Giving with the Power make the most powerful ......... Humble......oh.....AND at night.....she sends out continuously..........you just have to Listen........you know.
So every one ..........It has been truly AWESOME here. Have learned so much........this place really is something Magical man.............Truly the Heart Chakra of the World. (thank you Michelle) There are 7 islands in Hawaii.......the Big one being the Root Chakra of the Islands.............but Hawaii in whole the heart of our Earth Mother................... Thoughts of today for you tomorrow,
2 ND STEP ON THE 3 RD FLIGHT.
Sitting there on the 2nd step of the 3rd flight,
these small hours are the times when stillness
is here, all around.
Only the song , a melodious orchestration from
the birds fills the air, filling me with each note
that is called out.
Closing my eyes, i begin to fly, connecting us
through this time, your time.
The paths worming there way through new
galaxies that shine and sparkle, throwing out
their ensuing loving energies, for self, you and
all.
Glorious patterns and Auras spin and envelope
they are all around.
Suddenly I come to a halt. Is this my stop?, i ask
looking around me with again my eyes wide shut
now sensing i have to go farther.
The tunnel in front opens once more, and am sent
off to where , my heart knows and feels.
Flashes of tomorrow, the yesterday of today come
and go.
Brilliance is all around, here i am, seeing it feeling it
you say "HI" .
My heart opens and it talks to yours , both are as one
for that few seconds, a hundred years in another dimension
pass by.
I wish you sweet dreams and bid you great sleep, sleep well
perhaps in another hundred or a thousand years, time has no
place here, i will see you again.
The birds stop as i stand up from the 2nd step on the 3rd
flight.
Step by step i walk back, leaving my alter, back to my
sanctuary, focusing straight ahead, only briefly looking
back, just to see the portal close.
Until the next one opens, with our hearts and souls we walk
with the love and beauty that connects us all.
Each portal, direction, nurturing and encompassing our own
beings every day, with a stillness and feeling like no other,
Touching the here and now, i open my door, to my rest place
the birds call once more, again i look back........and smile.
HOLDING HANDS.
Dont let me fall, hold onto me tightly,
guide me, show me the way.
Hold my hand and squeeze it, wanting
you to guide me, you say.
Small hand in Big hand the same warmth
same touch mow they are a pair.
A thousand touches each have had the love

Holidays For Piggly Wiggly.
Piggly wiggly with tail so squiggly
was having his annual vacation.
Piggly wiggly with tail so squiggly
got burned in the sun smelt like bacon.

cooked to a crisp was all tender and red,
Piggly wiggly with tail so squiggly
rubbed on cream and went to bed.

tossed all night and dreamed of the sea.

all he wanted was to better happy and free.

these small hours are the times when stillness
is here, all around.
Only the song , a melodious orchestration from
the birds fills the air, filling me with each note
that is called out.
Closing my eyes, i begin to fly, connecting us
through this time, your time.
The paths worming there way through new
galaxies that shine and sparkle, throwing out
their ensuing loving energies, for self, you and
all.
Glorious patterns and Auras spin and envelope
they are all around.
Suddenly I come to a halt. Is this my stop?, i ask
looking around me with again my eyes wide shut
now sensing i have to go farther.
The tunnel in front opens once more, and am sent
off to where , my heart knows and feels.
Flashes of tomorrow, the yesterday of today come
and go.
Brilliance is all around, here i am, seeing it feeling it
you say "HI" .
My heart opens and it talks to yours , both are as one
for that few seconds, a hundred years in another dimension
pass by.
I wish you sweet dreams and bid you great sleep, sleep well
perhaps in another hundred or a thousand years, time has no
place here, i will see you again.
The birds stop as i stand up from the 2nd step on the 3rd
flight.
Step by step i walk back, leaving my alter, back to my
sanctuary, focusing straight ahead, only briefly looking
back, just to see the portal close.
Until the next one opens, with our hearts and souls we walk
with the love and beauty that connects us all.
Each portal, direction, nurturing and encompassing our own
beings every day, with a stillness and feeling like no other,
Touching the here and now, i open my door, to my rest place
the birds call once more, again i look back........and smile.

Small hand in Big hand the same warmth
same touch mow they are a pair.
A thousand touches each have had the love

Holidays For Piggly Wiggly.
Piggly wiggly with tail so squiggly
was having his annual vacation.
Piggly wiggly with tail so squiggly
got burned in the sun smelt like bacon.

cooked to a crisp was all tender and red,

rubbed on cream and went to bed.

tossed all night and dreamed of the sea.

ALOHA from WAIKIKI and HAWAII.
Well every one arrived in Hawaii on the island of Oahu and Honolulu and Waikiki.
The flight from Fiji was delayed about 2 hours and had to make a detour to Samoa, however all went well and arrived, to the wondrous sights and energies of Oahu.
I got a place to stay from Amanda and jumped on a bus and set of for Waikiki. On arrival .....the 4th of July.......found out that nearly all of the Hostels were booked up for the weekend.
Trawled the streets in temp of 32degs and barefoot......(not had anything on feet for weeks) fully laden with pack and Didge , looking for a hostel. Found one about 2 hrs later just about 200 yds from the beach, there was a cancellation, so thanking ALL for that one.
Checked in and off out to look, feel and enjoy. It was absolutely jam packed with people from all over, parties, tents and camps all set along the Waikiki beach. There was fire work display nothing short of spectacular.
Waikiki beach is a beautiful spot, with a massive mix of all cultures beliefs and energies. I met a Huna teacher called JD from San Francisco, whom was over here doing a seminar has invited me out for the day to a very special bay, this bay in itself is one of the Ancient sites that a lot of rituals from long ago had taken place on this Island, so well looking forward to that for sure.
Gave surfing ago, and boy is it neat, a bit tricky, however after a few lessons was able to stand up and ride a wave for a weeeeeeee while, and yes it is very addictive, also the Boogy Board too, a smaller version that you ride on your tummy and do tricks with etc etc, for an old person like me......not so much tricks.
At night there is an abundance of street performers, ranging from the usual human statues to the wonderful New York style Rappers. I met a performer called "sun" whom was born here and is one of the Attractions here in Waikiki. A mad as a hatter guy but what a wonderful gentle energies he has, picking his diction carefully and sending out his energies via his Drums. We talked for ages and he invited me to play with him the other night..........so self and Didge of we trotted up the busy strip to where Sun has his usual spot. Set up a few rythms and sent out some great energies, a lot of people had never heard the didge before and were pretty surprised about the noise and Vibration it had. So hopefully thats a few more people going home with a few great thoughts. Thank you to all who stopped and spent their time talking.
Yesterday went snorkelling with my room mate...Caroline....a French Canadian Police officer from Quebec whom is here on a 3 week vacation. We took the bus to Hanaumana bay. A nature reserve which is astoundingly gorgeous. You have to pay $5 to get in, and then basically forced to watch an 15 minute video on how the bay was formed many millenia ago and what kind of aquatic life etc it has. The snorkelling was surprisingly good albeit the amount of people adorning flippers and snorkels etc......nothing small here in Amereeeca...smiles. Caroline had never snorkelled before, however it did not take her long to get the hang of it and was soon swimming thro the coral and wonderful colored fish and TURTLES. A great day.
Today i had to take a trip to the Airport to book a flight , to The BIG ISLAND ..Hawai i. The buses are superb and you pay $2 for any where you want....thats ANY WHERE on the island. Am going to a New Age Community there to do some work for about 10 days or so. On the Big island there are some major places and very powerful ones at that so well looking forward to that and picking up those Mega energies.
Will hopefully be touching base again with Amanda, as she is on Maui at moment staying with some distant relations and sounds like she is having a very special time to there, hiking and getting taught some LO MI LO MI..........FAR OUT YOU.
So every one thats about it so far here, in Nut shell so far.........Waikiki is A VORTEX, and you feel it, there are a lot of wonderful people here, a lot of ODD too however, i guess we are ALL ODD. As JD says..." Its just the giant squirrel in the sky throwing a bit more Nut balls at some of them" Smiles.
Keep up all that wonderful intention and keep up all that great focus. SMILE AND BE HAPPY.

THE NEED TO WORK.
Hi every one, hope all is good there where ever you all are?
Well the last day in Fiji is here and have had a pretty wonderful time albeit not all sand and Sangria so to speak , however it has bee great and Experiences galore, Teachings again that have been so different for self.
Last night met these 2 guys from Colorado whom are building a Sustainable and Permacultural Village here on Blue Lagoon. I would have headed of there to work for them as they needed skilled Workers, and i NEED to work, however as i have only 1 day left here this is not the case however, the good side that makes the balance is that they are building a village about 200klms from Sedona Arizona and always need skilled (if that's what self is?) tradesmen, and i was planning going Sedona to do some Didge work etc etc when i got to the USA.........SO thanking so so much for that.
Yes........the NEED to work is Now, as YOU DO BECOME quite Complacent and a bit too relaxed in the realms of FIJI time......However it IS a a great way of life as time is NOT like what we percieve it to be strange but true...its a bit like MANIANA but with a twist, however if you not working or keeping mind and body active, you tend to get to much into that, yes, guess the same any where in world but here is what self has experienced ....... the "just do nothing mode", which is fine for a Holiday, and that is not my Intention at all.
Yeh it has been nice here and as said the people here really and truly are so so wonderful and loving which makes FIJI a special place in its own way and very Unique Energy at that.
THANK YOU ALL HERE IN FIJI FOR YOUR LOVE AND HAPPINESS YOU ALL HAVE SHARED WITH US.
OFF to Hawaii to a NEW AGE COMMUNITY TO WORK AND TO SOME TEACHING AND LEARNING. So think they will have a PC as to keep in touch eh . If not ? well, know you are with me, when the wind blows you are here, when you sleep your heart is shared and in the awakening, sending that what has been shared and felt through the air . xxx
