SIT LISTEN AND FEEL.
Sit down, i hear the order, a request, a friend asking me to sit.
I sit and let the the body feel the earth below, hearts feel as one. ,
They to sit and feel heart to heart soul to soul.
The moment is here now, a moment of today, a moment
of.....just a moment? life is this moment, this is my earth, our earth
below , these are my brothers , sisters , time has no relevance here
only time intself , the time is now and we sit.
Stories in a langusge that is not my own tongue, rabble rabble?
I understand every word, i laugh, we laugh, life is laughing.
Smoke billows from a small fire beside me, we breath in the same
smoke, the same white light that envelopes us........laugh again
our hearts are full.
Time to think from within, the offering of what we do every day is on front,
a cleanser, again i drift away to our creation. I listen again and look inside,
Thanking now. thanking this moment, thanking life, thanking creation, thanking
the great mystery, and YOU. This is our Life This is our Creation This is US.
TINNITUS.
Ringing in my ears, a reminder that self is alive.
Sometimes not heard, silence for a brief moment,
now hearing the movement of my memories, which
is now in the awakening of today.
Like today, which will then, yesterday and tomorrow
always a sound, focusing my time and energies into
the spaces of silence.
Ringing again, hearing the vibrations that come from
all around me, above and below, turning round and round
making that circle that hoop, keeping it closed.
Standing in the centre of that hoop that circle, part of
creation.........ringing, ringing again always that ringing
the silence will let me know again, thanking it when it comes
letting me know i am alive, we are alive.
LEARNING.
Learning are the days, they belong to us
Learning the days which make less fuss.
Learning the days, which confusion runs wild
Learning the days, believing your inner child.
Learning are the days, when we are alone
Learning the days, in peace quietness in tone.
Learning are the days, to which we fear
Learning the days when we can shed a tear.
In quietness and peace we learn those days
we must learn what inner self says.
Look, feel and share what you have been taught
for all of these in life can not be bought.
Your children will learn, what you teach and show
for their children's children will reap what we all sow.
THE VISIT.
You came to me in my sleep last night.
When i awoke you were still on my mind.
Embracing the visions of the dreaming.
Searching through the questions the symbols
i find.
From words to gestures, story was told
Puzzled? not now, the book is read it starts
to unfold.
Light on the mind, cloudless and clear.
Starting the new day taking small steps
without fear.
Talking with how we feel and what is learned
The questioning is over and the page has
turned.
WHERE ARE THE DAYS?
Where are the days that belong to every ones hearts
connecting every man woman and child that walks
and breathe on this wonderful earth.
Where are the days that belong to everybody souls
spinning vortex's, resembling whirlwinds that appear
from deep below the surface, deep in us.
Where are the days that belong to us and are for us
for all, holding every second that has its own image
frame by frame, flickering on a silver screen.
Where are the days that belong, to the night, sunshine
in radiant glory, watched over by a shadow, the in between
time, visitation period of you.
Where are JUST the days ? They are all here, significant
making a day, making a year, ALL senses in those days
ARE alive, use them feel them make them your own,
OPEN YOUR EYES once more, the day that is here,
IS NOW.
WAVING NOT DROWNING.
Day after day, seeing that smiles and the words
i hear from your lips, take me to me.
I listened, from snow covered lands that my angels
appeared on, where the first ones talked to me,
you talked, we talked.
A phone rings in the echoes of my mind, my memory
serves me well, experiencing what we have learned
through all of this time, that space is just what it is
in that space, patience, it sits in that space and looks
back, loving that space.
Seconds tick by, tick tok, each one a day, a week, month
a year, no one cares how long, even how far, worst of
all how much? how much has it cost? how much will
you give me can i give you? who cares? we give what
we give, that every second which are those days leading
us to years, taking is giving, receiving is a smile, this
is giving love and life.
Share with me share the giving, the making of us the
making of you.
Talk to me, i hear you say, in the lands where my angels
are, where the angels looked into my soul and gave their
strength, letting me know that all will be as i am now.
I hear those bells those sounds again, a million small
Bells tinkle and sparkle, falling over me, i am swimming
in that sound, one rests on my shoulder, again and again
i hear its call, it is alive in me, and when it rings my angels
are alive again......i smile......i am waving......not drowning
Keep swimming through the sound, i see the reflection of
you on every bell, cutting a pathway through the sound
i pick you up, a small bell again rings and I lay you down to
rest and sleep now, turning around i look back.............
you are waving not drowning.

FIJI ..... FINAL DAYS HERE .
Well..........HEEEELLLOOOO and HI to you all!
Finally back on the main land from our second Jaunt around the Islands.
We went back to Sunset Ways on Waya island as this place had very special qualities about it. The people were very very special and so so friendly to us and all whom arrive on this Idyllic paradise albeit, now to learn that they develping it in the near distant future to twice the occupancy...... sad as i feel it will loose its true Value......love and harmony shared by all.
We had to get a wee local boat to take us there this time as we were doing it all on a shoe string so to speak. This wee boat usally leaves the resort nearly every day on its 1 and half hour journey there and 4 hour return, due to the load of produce and people coming to and fro from the Island. So......we were on the LONG haul back across the Pacific, on a boat that is absolutely filled with Petrol, Food and people.....the boat size? Well put it this way, its the sort that you find on wee boating ponds at parks around the UK, albeit with Oars and not an outboard motor. HELP.
The crossing was pretty eventfull so to say, what with the boat going a grand speed of 10knots and us sitting all crouched up and a Bum that was as Numb as could be due to the constant ponding of the boats keel on the ever swelling ocean. 2hrs into the Journey and Amanda was sick....i think a few locals to whom have made same journey a dozen times looked a bit peeky too, However we made it and soon settled in again.
As usual teh Locals were fantastic with us, and with this time we had so much more time to enjoy theie wonderful energys and hospitality etc.
We met a wonderful familly from Switzerland......"the swiss familly roos" we called them Nick and marrienne and their 3 boys Micha who was 3 Basil 8 and Illya 9, Nick had his own Business in Zurich making furniture and Carpentry so we had so so much to talk and learn from each other and as for the Boys.......they were Just like the 3 Stooges. Nick and i went off on Hike and got lost, eventually finding our Destination3 hours later and several Mountain peeks and really sore feet and legs as we had to wade thro grasses as tall as self etc, however it was brilliant.
Amanda and i were invited to stay in one of the villages for the night and then go to church (methodist) on the sunday. That evening we had to sit and drink Kava.....the local grog the locals seem to scoff down at every occassion, after several bowls of it it starts to work. The eyes become heavy and the muscles relax, and you just feel fine and relaxed, no mind bending hypnotic trancenadental images or likes, just nice and relaxed. The next morning we were given local brekky which consisted of cake and bread with loads of black sweet tea.....yum yum. Amanda was given a dress and i a shirt and tie with a sulu.....long kilt. Off we went to church.....different to say the least....every so often a man from the back would appear and whack the wee rapscallion boys whom been talking with a cane.......ouch and very very archaic. LUNCH...... Fish curry and bread and kasava and tatties.
I had to go back to the mainland one day to get some money, and again took the wee boat, going there was great, we sped across the waves, coming back.......I HAD TO SIT NEXT TO .... A PIG, whom had a bad case of the runs as i think he knew his days were numbered....poor piggly wiggly.
Gave some great talks to the locals on the Didge and so so many wanted to learn about it as they never have seen or heard it before albeit they were relly interested also on Aboriginal culture. As i think there is a connection there thro the Millenia etc...this is for sure. So i taught a few and let them have fun.......i think they will be buying loads of 32mm plastic pipe on the next journey to mainland.
Amanda is heading of to Hawaii in a few hours time and has been homesick on several occasions, so i think we will be carrying on our travels seperately however the world is a small place as we know and in no doubt we shall meet agaian pretty soon........we have shared some TOTALLY wonderful times thro New Zealand and here and shared some of the most wonderful energies and vibrations that you can imagine, forever in our hearts they will be and wish to thank her from the bottom of my heart as she is truly one of lifes most wonderful healers. Thank you from my Heart and safe travels on way back. sean xxx
So everyone of my wonderful friends and familly, TO SUM UP FIJI......It is a wonderfull place, with such wonderful caring sharing people however their culture has been lost due to the days when Christianity was the only way to go and what they believed in was paganism.....which is really sad, and you feel the confussion a bit still, however it is a lovely place that is changing every year.......for the good or bad? well i cannot say really, its not for me to say however in 20 years from now i feel what culture albeit you have to look pretty hard to find and or come across by surprise will be lost and it will be "castinattes and bull fighting posters" .
Off to Hawaii in 5 days time and see what that brings.......The Huna energies and all that Hawaii and her people have to share......back to school.
I love you all and again THANK you ALL from my heart. Please take care and keep the focus and your intention real and TRUE. ! love peace Harmony and Joy to you all. Namaste xxx
THE MOMENT WE ARE CONTENT, WE HAVE ENOUGH.
THE PROBLEM IS THAT WE HABITUALLY THINK THE OTHER WAY ROUND.
WE ASSUME WE WILL BE CONTENT ONLY WE HAVE ENOUGH.

FROM NORTH OF THE YASAWAS TO MANA.
Hi everyone.......how are you all?
Well, what a several weeks it has been. We, Self, Amanda and Austrian surfer Tom decided to head up North and travel to the Yasawas, a chain of islands that run up the East coast of the main land Fiji.
We bought a BULA (Meaning everything from Hi to All is well and is used at every chance) PASS to travel. This meant we could hop on hop off the several Ferries that take tourists etc all around that area, albeit around 30 0r so islands, some you can walk around in 15 mins and some the size of the isle of Skye or Lewis etc.
We Hopped on and all agreed that we start at the top and work down. So we headed for Nacula.
The Journey was wonderful, it took around 4 and a half hours through some of the most clear and pristine waters we all have ever seen.
We arrived at a wee place called Mel Bravo......a family run place with around 10 BURES (thatched trad dwellings) On arrival all the locals turned out to sing the BULA song for us, which was a hoot. We all were taken aback at the Beauty of the place, Tranquil, gorgeously peaceful and still very much traditional Fijian.
We were greeted again by the cooks the bakers and the candlestick makers basically albeit all had their place in their own way of life, which by looking at it from the outside was probably the most relaxed way of life we have all ever experienced, now we understand where the saying "FIJI TIME" kicks in. Fiji time is unlike any time, its just as time does not exist, and YES you will find it hard to find a CLOCK any where, SUN RISE, SUN SET, TIDE IN TIDE OUT , that is Fiji time, and well if you do find a clock, you pay no heed to it any way as it is just there, numbers and hands.
We unpacked our wee travel bags as we left most of our stuff on the main land as we all did not want to humph it all around for the next several weeks etc. Unpacked, we set off to explore some of Nacula and Mel Bravo.
20 steps and you were on the beach, Coconut palms swayed in the breeze and the sea, warm as the first drips from the hot taps, rolled over our feet and neon blue fish happily swam around our feet. Tom, now resembling Rambo, due to the fact that he was wielding a Machete that he purchased on the mainland, decided to try and climb some Palms and get a Coconut or three. After several attempts and sore feet we all decided to search for smaller palms along the coast and found a wee bunch of Dwarfed palms laden with the fruit. Pulled 3 or 4 off and chopped at the nuts with anticipation of scoffing down the cool milk inside. SUCCESS, in the usual sized nut you will find approx 2 litres of cool sweet water (milk) and this is what nearly 99% of all the locals drink, and boy oh boy what a drink it is too. After you drink the sweet milk you then proceed to hack the Green nut in half and scoop out the soft flesh that has built up inside, only in the Green ones is the flesh soft and only then it is eaten like it is, allegedly it is so so good for you - life giving and full of so so much nutrients, infact it is given to people in Hospital whom are very very unwell.
The Food was pretty darn good with meals consisting of mainly Rice and Casava root, Fish and Vegetables. Breakfast usually Pancakes and Fritters with Fruit, Pineapple and Papaya.
Tom and i went fishing with the local fisherman Mell. The fishing is usually hand line or net for the Bigger ones like WALU and various strange coloured and shaped looking fish. We caught a few what the locals would probably term as MINNOWS, however they took the fish and fried them up for us later that evening, and boy they were good.
On the last evening there they built a bonfire for us all on the beach. After sitting there playing the didge and relaxing we were told that the Chief of the Village wanted to meet us. We were escorted back to the "bar" to where the chief and a few of his buddies were merrily hammering down beer like there was no tomorrow. The Chief bought us a few beers and we thanked him very much for inviting us, we danced for a wee while and after several beers we were feeling very tired etc and said our thank yous and retired.
The next day we left for Coconut Bay on the Island of NAVITI , A totally different atmosphere from the last one, a bit more touristy with several more people on it, however it was wonderful.
We hired Snorkels and masks and Flippers etc and off we all trotted to Honeymoon beach which was totally deserted and did our First ever Snorkelling, albeit in FIJI and with some of the most amazing underwater in the area. The Coral was amazing, some as huge as a house. with all these wee to large multi coloured exotic fish coming up to you and having a peek. It was honestly unbelievable down there; a new world, and or your own MEGA AQUARIUM. We are HOOKED (sorry about the pun). On this resort we met Robe and Deonis from British Columbia. They were on route to New Zealand to start work on the Snow Fields there for the Ski season, they were such a lovely couple and we shared some great wisdom and talked for hours........all is good and thank you both for every thing, we shall see you both some time for sure.
We all decided to pay for a trip to see the MANTA RAYS.......WELL not exactly see but SWIM. We all scooted off in this wee dingy thing to where there is a small pass in the sea and that is where the Manta migrate through. When we arrived there it was pretty busy with several other boats and tourists alike, THEN there was a shout from one of the boat men and he pointed in the direction where he spotted the MANTA RAYS. We dived off the boat .. a la James Bond style and dove under.........WOOOOOOOOOOOW............... These 2 massive Manta Rays right infront of you....only about 4 feet away and looking straight down their mouths etc. What an experience. They are so so so gracefull and elegant when they swim, with usually the Female swimming up to you and doing like a tumble the cat, this is to show you her belly for what resons unknown. However it makes a sight never to forget.
After 3 days there we headed for Sunset Beach on Waya island. This place is truly amazing. A really small place, with such wonderful energies, calming and relaxing, and you felt it there for sure. So much we going back today for 10 days more. The resort is situated in 2 wee bays that are joined by a sand spit that disapears at high tide, which makes the other side not accessible during that time. The people very very relaxed and very friendly. The food........not the best..however it makes for a meal but some protein would be nice , so i have decided to buy a
hand line and see if can catch a few MONSTER fish.
We then headed of to BOUNTY. Well not too much to say about Bounty other than we stayed 1 night there and it was pretty much full of Young American tourists and that the Island hosted Celebrity Love Island a few years back etc. You can walk around it in 20 mins or so, but it was really really commercial, primarilly to the fact that it was pretty much near the main land and made easy to get to. However the FOOD (sorry but i like my food...smile) was abso wonderful, and this basically was what you pay for as it was the most expensive island we visited at 85 bucks a night ...appprox 30 quid all in.
Our last stop on the island tour was Mana island. The hostel was in amongst the local village, which was quite poor, quite different from the other places we visited. The accommodation was basic- very thin walls, quite rough. The place was friendly but lacked the fun atmosphere we had found in other islands. It rained extremely heavily for two of the days we were there, but we still managed to explore some of the island. There was an old deserted village and temple which had been created for a film called Survivor, which we had never heard of.
Back at the mainland we were taken out for a meal by the lady who had arranged our island holiday. This was at a 5 star hotel on a small island about half an hour's drive from Nadi. Her auntie and niece came along with us too. We were in awe of the opulence there, and enjoyed a feast fit for a king...
Today we are back off to Sunset, Waya. Looking forward to some relaxation after the hustle and bustle of the mainland.
Thank you all again and may every day be filled with the love joy and peace we all have in our hearts and share.
Today i draw a line from your heart to mine, a line to keep us safe, a line that will always be there. Namaste. xxx
